Over the past year, I partnered with Fore Brothers to overhaul their YouTube visuals and bring consistency to the channel. By replacing inconsistent packaging with a clear visual system, we increased CTR and stabilized performance, helping the channel reach consistent ~200K views per video. A strong team effort, with visuals playing a key role in recognition and click-through.
